WHY A GROUP
The same method, shared.
More than 1 in 4 Singapore residents report poor sleep quality (Singapore Mental Health Study, 2016). You’re not the only one lying awake, and in a group you won’t work on it alone.
The same method as 1:1
The same CBT-I method we use one-to-one, in six structured weekly sessions.

What you share is up to you
Everyone talks about their sleep. Beyond that, you decide how much to say, and every member agrees to keep what’s said in the group confidential.
Group or one-to-one?
Choose one-to-one if you want a plan built around you alone, sessions online, or sessions in Mandarin. Your free call helps you decide.

Effective in groups
Across eight studies, group CBT-I helped people fall asleep faster and spend less time awake at night, and the improvements were still there at follow-up.

Grounded in our team’s research
A trial led by one of our psychologists ran mindfulness-based therapy in weekly groups for 127 adults aged 50 to 80 in Singapore. It reduced insomnia symptoms more than a sleep hygiene and exercise programme.
