HOW WE WORK
Two approaches, both evidence-based.
CBT-I
Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, the first-line approach. It retrains the habits, timing and thoughts that keep insomnia going.

Mindfulness-based therapy
Mindfulness practice combined with CBT, for a mind that races at night. Dr Julian Lim, PhD led Singapore’s 2021 randomised trial of the approach.
